Cisco announced the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco IOS XE Software Release 3.10S & 3.15S. The last day to order the affected product(s) related to 3.10S is September 14, 2015, the 3.15S is September 29, 2015.
Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in the following tables of the EoL bulletin. Table1 and Table2 described the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s).
End-of-Life Milestones and Dates for the Cisco IOS XE Software Release 3.10S

The only exception is Vulnerability/Security issues that will be addressed as shown in the End of Vulnerability/Security Support milestone below. | September 13, 2016 |
