Cisco announced the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the High-Density Voice/Fax Network Modules for Cisco ISR-G1 and ISR-G2 Series. The last day to order the affected product(s) is February 24, 2014. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table of the EoL bulletin. There are two detailed tables that tell the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s) and the product part numbers affected by this announcement.
For customers with active and paid service and support contracts, support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers’ service contract.

Notes: Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco Integrated Services Router Generation 2 (ISR-G2) solution. The ISR-G2s have 4 EHWIC slots, which support the third-generation T1/E1 cards for voice and data use. The ISR-G2 platform can scale up to 16 T1/E1 ports.
